Back to School Night 

We are excited to welcome J. Harvey Rodgers families to Back to School Night on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 6:00 PM. (The Mitcho ECC will hold Back to School Night on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM.) This important event offers a valuable opportunity to learn more about your child’s daily classroom experience, curriculum, and learning environment. Families will hear directly from teachers about instructional goals, classroom routines, and ways to support learning at home. We encourage all families to attend as we begin the year together in partnership.

Conferences

Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for the following dates during the 2026–2027 school year:

• Fall Conferences: Tuesday, December 1 through Friday, December 4

  • Evening Conferences: Tuesday, December 1 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM

• Spring Conferences: Tuesday, March 9 through Friday, March 12

  • Evening Conferences: Tuesday, March 9 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM

Teachers will send appointment details in advance and every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule.

Conferences provide a valuable opportunity to review student progress, gather parent input, and discuss ways to support learning at home. Your participation plays a vital role in your child’s success, and we strongly encourage all families to attend.

Additional individual conferences may be scheduled throughout the school year as needed. Parents or teachers may request these meetings to address specific concerns or to further support the student’s development.
