Student Truancy & Chronic Absenteeism
In coordination with the Office of Staff and Student Services, our Truancy Officer provides supportive services to all members of the school community, to help imporve student attendance, to account for all in and out of district students, and to comply with the compulsory school attendance laws set forth by the New Jersey Department of Education.
Should you need assistance to address student truancy or chronic absenteeism, please use the link below to submit your request to our office. Upon receipt and review of your submission, the appropriate measures will be taken to find an absenteeism solution. The truancy survey submitter, and the building administrator will receive an update when available with all options or resolutions.
