Glassboro Public Schools is proud to begin the development of our 2027 to 2031 Strategic Plan, a roadmap that will guide our district through the next chapter of our journey. This process is an opportunity for students, families, staff, Board of Education members, and community partners to come together and shape a shared vision for the future of our schools.

Our strategic plan is more than a document. It is a promise to ensure that every decision we make supports student success, strengthens our schools, and reflects the values of the Glassboro community. By working together, we can build upon our accomplishments while preparing for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.

Why Strategic Planning?

Strategic planning helps us create a clear vision for the future by answering three important questions.

• Where do we want to be in the future?

• What actions should we take to get there?

By thoughtfully answering these questions together, we establish priorities that guide decision making, align resources, and ensure our efforts remain focused on what matters most, providing every Bulldog with the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.

A Community Driven Process

The strongest strategic plans are built through collaboration. Throughout this process, Glassboro Public Schools will invite students, families, staff, Board of Education members, community organizations, local businesses, and residents to share their ideas and perspectives.

Community engagement opportunities will include surveys, focus groups, public meetings, and stakeholder discussions. Every Bulldog matters, and every perspective will help shape a strategic plan that reflects the aspirations of our entire community.
