SPRING Sports Registration is currently CLOSED.
If you wish to play a Spring Sport, please EMAIL the coach for the registration link.
If signing up for Middle School Sports, please choose the MS option.

Please remember to turn in a current physical (on the NJDOE approved form) to the nurse.
ALL athletes MUST have a cleared physical on file in order to participate for a team.
Once your physical is cleared by the school doctor AND you are signed up through the Google Form, the athletic trainer will notify athlete and coach when he/she is cleared to participate.
