Please remember to turn in a current physical (on the NJDOE approved form) to the nurse.
ALL athletes MUST have a cleared physical on file in order to TRYOUT for a team.
Once your physical is cleared by the school doctor AND you are signed up through the Google Form, you will receive an email letting you know you are cleared to participate.
WINTER Sports Registration is currently CLOSED.
