• Any student interested in playing a sport must sign up through the NEW Google form, linked below. 

• Please remember to turn in a current physical (on the NJDOE approved form) to the nurse. 

• Once your physical is cleared by the school doctor AND you are signed up through the Google Form, you will receive an email letting you know you are cleared to participate.
