Mr. Corma

The Dorothy L. Bullock School would like to congratulate Mr. Corma on being named our Educator of the Year.

Staff consistently describe Mr. Anthony Corma as an exceptional educator whose impact reaches far beyond his own classroom. From the start of his career in Glassboro, he has demonstrated strong instructional skills, effective behavior management, and an unwavering commitment to students. Colleagues recall his early initiative in organizing a first grade read in featuring Rowan University athletes, an effort that showcased his creativity and dedication. Throughout his time at both Bowe and Bullock, staff have praised his ability to build meaningful relationships with students. He is frequently seen greeting students across all grade levels by name, offering support, and creating a sense of belonging for every child. In the classroom, he remains calm and steady, using individualized strategies such as behavior charts and break cards to help students succeed. Teachers often seek his guidance during the school day, relying on his insight and judgment, and note his willingness to use his own time to support students throughout the building. His long standing role on the I and RS committee and his involvement in leadership initiatives, coaching varsity baseball, and supporting school athletics and performances further demonstrate his deep commitment to the Glassboro community. Staff consistently highlight his humility, dedication, and remarkable ability to positively influence students and colleagues alike.
