As a paraprofessional working with our students, she demonstrates exceptional flexibility and resilience, having supported three different students this year while simultaneously managing recovery from knee surgery. Colleagues note that she arrives each morning with a smile and a warm, welcoming attitude that sets the tone for a productive day. Beyond her direct work with students, Ms. Otto contributes meaningfully to the school community by keeping the staff Keurig stocked, decorating the faculty room table with seasonal touches, and assisting the Cheer Committee with organizing special events that bring joy to the building. Staff consistently highlight her helpfulness, talent, adaptability, and positive spirit, all of which make her an invaluable member of the school community.
