Dear Parents and Guardians, 

I am happy to share that I have received guidance that during the school closure the school district is able to provide counseling services through electronic communication or a virtual or online platform (telepractice). In order for your child to receive these services, please respond to this email indicating that you would like your child to participate in services. From there, your child’s counselor will work with you to schedule counseling sessions.  

Services will be provided via phone or through Webex. Please work with your counselor to determine the most appropriate means for services. If you choose to utilize Webex, visit Webex.com to setup your free account. A Webex Guide for Parents is also attached to this email.

Your counselors and I are excited for your student to begin receiving services. We appreciate your support during these unprecedented times and look forward to working with you and your child.
