For 2024-25 Fall Sports NEW PROCESS & NEW FORMS:  Medical Eligibility Forms for High School level students are due to the GHS School Nurse  by 7-22-24 NOON.  

**During summer hours: All Medical Eligibility Forms can be placed in GHS main office drop box or emailed to eperewiznyk@gpsd.us  or for middle school sports emailed to school nurse TBD

District nurses have scheduled times to process these forms.

Forms received after this date will still be accepted but may encounter delays in processing/participating.  Forms received late will cause student athlete to be held out of participating in practices until the Eligibility Form is approved by School Physician.

GHS Season Start Dates:

Football and Tennis 8-12-24

Field Hockey, Soccer, Cheer & Cross Country 8-19-24

Bowe Middle SchoolSports: Will be in September 2024 (official start date to be determined)
