We are aware that access to devices/internet can be a challenge. Therefore, this week’s lessons have been compiled into electronic "make-up" packets (see below). Please take a moment to print the appropriate grade level packet for your child so that he/she can complete their work. Packets will be collected when we return to school.
If you do not have access to a printer, please reach out to the Mosaic Family Success Center. This amazing organization is supporting our community by printing & mailing packets directly to your home.

With the closure of Glassboro Public Schools as of Tuesday, March 17th, we want to ensure that your child will have access to the schoolwork that is required to be completed. Below you will find the required math and literacy assignments labeled for each day for an additional fifteen (15) days, labeled day 6-20. The work packets that were sent home on Friday, March 13th, were only for a period of five (5) days.
Please be sure to assist as needed, however, the work included is a mixture previously taught skills or skills the students are currently working on in the classroom. Please allow them to be as independent as possible. Although these assignments will not be graded, all packets should be completed and returned when school resumes. They will be logged in the same manner that homework is logged in Grades 1-3.
Just as with the first pact, the following is included:
- Fundations (required)
- Math (required)
- Reading (required)
The following was sent home in the previous packet dated, March 13th:
- Reading A to Z student log-in information (optional)
- Zearn (Math) student log-in information (optional)

Due to recent concerns around the world with the Coronavirus, our district is taking the necessary precautions to ensure your child will have access to the schoolwork that is required to be completed in the event of a school closure. Below you will find PDF versions of the required math & literacy packets that were sent home. Included are assignments for a period of five (5) days in the areas listed below.
- FUNdations (required grades 1-3)
- Math (required grades 1-3)
- Reading (required grades 1-3)
- Comprehension (Gr3 ONLY)
- Opinion Writing (Gr3 ONLY)
Students can also access online learning via the websites listed below. Student log-in information was sent home with hard copies of each packet.
Feel free to assist as needed; however, the work included is a mixture of previously taught skills or skills the students are currently working on in the classroom. Please allow them to be as independent as possible.
Return the completed work in your child’s folder on the day school resumes. Even though each grade level packet contains work for a five (5) day period, only complete the activities for the number of days missed (i.e. 3 days – 3 assignments for each content area). Once collected, assignments will be logged in the same manner that homework is.
This is NOT notification of a district/school closure. In the event of a mandatory closure, you will receive notification from the Superintendent’s office with the necessary updates. For that reason, please be sure that all contact information in PowerSchool us current.
