Glassboro School District Referendum Update

Glassboro School District will postpone its September 2023 referendum until 2024 due to recent developments. The district, the Borough of Glassboro, and Rowan University are engaging in ongoing discussions about working together to plan future facility enhancements to benefit Pre-K - Grade 12 education in Glassboro. The postponement will enable us to gather additional information through continued discussions and a feasibility study.

The district updated the Referendum Citizens Advisory Committee on May 8. The committee will reconvene to reassess the scope of the referendum once the district obtains additional information.
