Do you remember a top teammate, a fabulous coach, or a powerhouse team from your days living in Glassboro or attending Glassboro High School? You now have an opportunity to nominate individuals and teams for the GHS Sports Hall of Fame. April 1, 2021 is the deadline to submit nominations. Click here for a copy of the GHS Sports Hall of Fame Nomination Form. Forms are also available from Sports Hall of Fame Committee members. Please see the nomination form for further details.

The school’s sports hall of fame counts championship teams, former NFL players, coaches, basketball stars, swimmers, soccer players, and golfers among its members.

Dave Kalapos, committee chairperson, notes, “The GHS Sports Hall of Fame inductions are now a tradition where we come together to recognize both individual athletes as well as the rich history of Glassboro High School athletic programs.”

The GHS Sports Hall of Fame Committee will select inductees from the nominations. New inductees will then be honored at a banquet and a Glassboro High School football game in the fall of 2021.

Committee members include Kimberly Smith Bey, Pete Calvo, Ruth Cibo, Bill Clark, Robert Cleary, Santina Haldeman, Herb Neilio, Rob Johnson, Dave Kalapos, June Longley, Christian Lynch, Jack McCulley, Jody Rettig, Sean Redman, Anna Stewart Miller, and Monique Stowman-Burke.
