Glassboro School District Invites South Jersey Students to Apply to School Choice Academies

Glassboro's School Choice Academies Offer Great Opportunities to Students Across South Jersey

 

South Jersey students can explore their STEM, Fine & Performing Arts and Biomedical interests through Glassboro School District’s School Choice Academies. Applications for enrollment are due by December 3, 2019 for the 2020/2021 school year. See the Academy website www.gpsd.us/academies or contact program coordinators for application and program information. Glassboro School District offers junior and senior school choice academy students the opportunity to take classes right across the street at Rowan University. Music and art academy students take lessons through Rowan Community Music School or Kaizar School of Art, respectively. Glassboro High School boasts an award-winning marching band and offers band, orchestra, jazz band, choir, select choir, and other ensemble activities. The school also has anime, science and engineering clubs, a Tri-M Music Honor Society, a National Art Honor Society and plenty of AP courses to challenge students.

 

Parents are advised to start the application process now to ensure that all required materials are in by the December 3 due date.
