Glassboro Board of Education Members Take Office
Glassboro Board of Education members (left – right) Michele Ricci, Ryan Hughes, and Stacie Tattersdill started their three-year terms of office at the January 2019 Reorganization Meeting. The three were elected in November 2018. This is the first time serving on the board for Ricci and Tattersdill. However, Hughes served on the Glassboro Board of Education for several months last year after being appointed by the board to fill a vacant seat.
Ricci holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Master’s Degree in Human Resources. She works with several companies as a substitute teacher. Hughes holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Biological Science. He is a science teacher at Triton Regional High School and a long-time coach at Rowan College of Gloucester County. In 2018, he was named as the National Junior College Athletic Association’s Division III, Outdoor Track and Field, Coach of the Year. Tattersdill holds a Doctoral Degree in Psychology and works as a chief psychologist.
There are six additional members of the Glassboro Board of Education: President Pete Calvo, Vice President Elizabeth Volz, Ray Cibo, Chris Esgro, Alex Fanfarillo and Ben Stephens.
