Welcome to the Glassboro High School STEM Biomedical Academy web page. The STEM Biomedical Academy's mission is to provide a rigorous and technologically enhanced curriculum through participation in specialized classes at Glassboro High School and at Rowan University. The academy allows students to apply academic and medical skills to real world settings. Students will have the opportunity to explore a broad range of medicine combined with 21st century technology for college and career readiness. As part of the STEM Biomedical Academy you will be able to take advantage of our exclusive partnership with Rowan University.
Students can earn up to 16 credits with this unique School Choice Program offering classes on site at Rowan University in Science, Engineering and Medicine.
Open to students, in designated grade levels, living within a 20 mile radius of Glassboro. All interested candidates currently in 8th grade are encouraged to apply if there is a strong interest in the field of medicine and biomedical engineering.

NOTE: Glassboro students, who apply for the Academy, will be notified during spring break of their acceptance into the STEM Academy. Out of District students will be notified by Winter Break (December).
