Good Morning:
Hello New Students!Welcome back!

Please take some time to review some training for this website:
https://web.seesaw.me/remote-learning-for-families
Bullock school Meet & Greet will be the week of September 14th
This year Bullock will have a schoolwide back-to-school supply list, rather than one specific to individual classrooms or grade levels.
This will help to ensure everyone has the supplies necessary and that we can avoid sharing items as much as possible. See below for our list.
✓ 2 boxes of dry erase markers ✓ 1 dry erase board ✓ 2 boxes of pencils ✓ 1 box of crayons ✓ 1 pair of student scissors ✓ 2 marble notebooks ✓ 1 container of wipes ✓ 1 bottle of hand sanitizer ✓ Pair of headphones/ear buds •
Breakfast & lunch will continue to be available through home delivery on Mondays and Thursdays. (Curbside pickup at Dorothy L. Bullock School will be discontinued.) Additional information on this program, free and reduced lunch and purchasing lunches from our food services provider, Chartwells, will be forthcoming
All the grades for the school year have been submitted.
It is our understanding that report cards will be sent through the mail.
Raz Kids and Zearn accounts will be open through the end of August should you wish for your child to utilize these resources during the summer break.
2020 Quarantine Time Capsule: Use this Google slide to record your memories and thought about being in quarantine that you can share with your children and grandchildren!

I wish we had an entire school year together!
I know each student will do their best in their academic future.
Please continue to practice your multiplication tables and read often to ensure you’re ready meet the challenges of 4th grade!

Good Morning:
We will have our Next Meeting on Today at 9:30Its half way to Halloween!
Come to our morning meeting in a face mask or any kind of fun homemade mask or wig to celebrate 6 months till Halloween!
Below is the instruction for today
*We have a new module!*
Module 7 will begin with word problems that require students to utilize all of the math skills from third grade to solve.
Then the module moves on to shapes.
Since as part of our daily math warm up I pre teach future concepts, we were beginning to experiment with the names of different shapes and the number of sides they have. So, there should be some familiarity with shapes.
We will also review the formula for area in our morning meeting.
Remember, since they will be introduced to L X W = Area in the future, applying the formula for area
(Length X Width =Area) was a strategy I taught them separately from the 3rd grade Eureka curriculum.
The students can use this formula to solve problems through this module as they would have in class.

If you could, between now and then either print out your child’s completed responses from Google Classroom so they can share. Or, if that is not an option, you can also show them how to have our meeting open in one internet browser window and their written responses open in a separate window (in Google classroom) and navigate back and forth in case they would like to share one of their responses on Monday morning.
