- Mrs. Noble's Story
-
Hello! I am Mrs. Noble and this is my 17th year in teaching. I am an 8th grade Language Arts teacher. I hold certifications in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Middle School Language Arts grades 5-9. This year, 2021-2022, will be like no other for both teachers and students. Please make sure students are ready to go each day with charged laptops and material needed for class. We are piloting a new Language Arts program this year called Wit and Wisdom. Hopefully your kids will enjoy it! If have any questions or concerns about the class, please reach out to me at inoble@gpsd.us.Here's a little bit about me. I am a graduate of Bensalem High School in Bensalem Pennsylvania. After high school I attended the University of Pittsburgh where I majored in Communications and minored in History. I worked in advertising for a few years and decided it was not for me. I come from a long line of teachers and finally decided it was truly a calling for me as well. I enrolled in Rider University's teacher certification program for graduate school for both Elementary and Special Eduction certifications. When I am not teaching, I spend my summers as the Director of the Open Hearts/Open Doors program at the JCC Camps at Medford. I am responsible for a program that promotes inclusion within the day camp environment. I hire and work with case managers and advocates to ensure special needs children have an amazing summer experience.I live in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and am the mom of three kids. My oldest son is a college sophomore at the University of South Florida ( GO Bulls!) ; my daughter is a high school senior, and my youngest is a middle school 7th grader. I definitely know what it is like to live with preteens/teenagers so I understand how things can get in a busy house! I am pretty flexible with assignments as long as you give me a heads up on the situation. I only want the best for your kids and will always treat them like they are my own. I also have a brand new puppy named Hamilton. He may make an appearance in class every so often when we need a quick break! Here's to an unprecedented, but hopefully amazing year ahead of us!"Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle."
