    A little bit about me...
I am a Glassboro native, graduating from GHS in 1993.  I attended East Stroudsburg University in the Poconos of Pennsylvania.  I graduated in 1998 with a B.A. in Special Education.  I returned to Glassboro in 2001 to teach at the Intermediate School.  I joined the GHS community in 2006.  In 2010, I earned my Master's degree in Adolescent Literacy and Technology from Walden University.  I have enjoyed using what I learned in the classroom.

In addition to teaching English, I am the advisor for the Anime Club.  We discuss Anime and Manga as well as learn about Japanese culture.   In the past, we have held a traditional Japanese tea ceremony and made onigiri, a traditional Japanese dessert.  All that is required to join is a love of Anime.

In my free time, I enjoy camping  (in a tent!) and kayaking with my husband and my daughter.

I look forward to teaching every day and meeting the challenges that I am presented with .  I hope we all have a wonderful year!
