After obtaining my undergraduate degree, I worked for Rutger's University researching blueberry and cranberry diseases. I also did agricultural research for BASF Corporation.

I started teaching in 2001 at Woodstown High School where I taught Biology and Contemporary Science. I also spent some time at Sterling High School before coming to Glassboro High School in January 2003. I currently teach Biology, previously teaching Human Anatomy and Contemporary Science.

    Personal

My husband and I own and operate Triple Dog Dare You Christmas Tree Farm in Franklinville and love having Winter Wonderland/Christmas tree "sleigh" rides. We have a lab mix dog (Pibbers), two pet Nigerian Dwarf Goats (Gorman & Galen) and a flock of chickens on the farm.

    Hobbies/Interests

My husband and I, along with our dog Pibbers, enjoy spending time outdoors. We especially enjoy kayaking and fishing on our lake. We also like to hike, take day trips (Pibbers' favorite), watch football, try new places to eat out, and travel. We have visited twelve different countries, on two different continents, in both hemispheres. When not spending quality time with my family I enjoy riding my motorcycle and quad, working on the farm with my tractor, reading, and cooking.
