• Hello! Welcome to kindergarten! My name is Kelley Wheat, and I am excited to be a part of the Rodgers school.  I am a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a BA in English. I also received my MFA in writing from Southern New Hampshire University. I am currently working towards my masters in education.

When I am not spending time with your littles, I am running around with mine. I have three children: Luke is 13, Allison, 12, and Brennan is 8. My family and I love to take road trips to the mountains in New Hampshire, down the shore, or visit family in Florida. I love photography, and before entering the school system, I captured families professionally for 15 years.

I also love to read and write. I am excited to share that love with students as they take their first steps in learning.    Mrs. Wheat and family

We are so excited to work with students on our monthly virtues throughout the year. In September, our students learned how to make wise choices and worked hard on our virtue, wisdom. In October, our students learned how to do the right thing, even when no one is watching through our virtue, integrity. In November, we learn all about self-control. In our class gallery, we have our B-2 students showing self-control in lining up in the classroom, and in the hallway. We are so proud of our Bulldogs!
