Charles "Chuck" Baur is our Director of Technology. This position reports directly to the Superintendent, oversees the IT department's team members, budget, and ensures all technology systems and applications support the district’s goals and objectives. It is also responsible for managing the design and implementation of the IT infrastructure and eliminating security risks. This position also closely collaborates with curriculum and instruction to integrate technology and education.

Chuck has been in the IT industry for over 20yrs as a network consultant and a systems/network administrator. 10 of those years right here at Glassboro Public Schools. He has an associate degree from Peirce College of Philadelphia. He also holds the Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and Security + certifications. 

Chuck has several hobbies and passions besides IT. These include fishing in Key West, FL and traveling with family and friends. He also enjoys doing DIY projects around the house and tending to his small flock of chickens housed in the backyard. But his biggest passion is spending time with family and being a dad and husband to his wife and three children.
