Criteria Covered in Home Economics with an emphasis on Culinary Arts:

  • During the months of September and part of October we will cover:


    1. Getting to know each other and building teamwork.

    2. Kitchen Safety

    3. Kitchen Sanitation and Food Borne Illness

    4. Kitchen measuring

    5. Parts of a recipe and food lab organization

    6. We will work on basic recipes while incorporating numbers 1-5.
