WELCOME TO HONORS ENGLISH II

Over the course of the semester, we will read a variety of texts such as Night, Antigone, The Things They Carried, and a few short stories and plays. Students may also partake in choice reading; choice reading will give the students opportunities to explore texts of their choosing per approval. They will complete various written assignments and participate in thought-provoking discussions that connect the literature to current issues as well as personal experiences. Students will learn a range of skills that will assist them in other academic classes, college, and future employment opportunities.
