Fitness Testing Rubric
The following grading scale will be used to assess the student’s skill grade in each test during the course of fitness testing.
Outstanding (10) – Fitness Award Standard Score
Excellent (9) – Just below the Fitness Award Standard Score
Very Good (8) – Above Average Score with maximum effort
Satisfactory (7) – Average Score with maximum effort
Unsatisfactory (6) – Below Average Score with minimal effort
Failure (5) - No attempt was made on the Test
The following tables display the Fitness Testing Rubric that the 4th and 5th grade students will use to assess students on their fitness levels. The tables displays the scores needed to obtain the Fitness Award
